Important Notes
- Discounts apply to individuals over 12 years old.
- Due to the guarantee policy for hotels and transfers, a 50% payment of the tour cost is required upon registration.
- The standard for all hotel rooms is double occupancy, and there is no such thing as a triple room.
- Guests are advised that the third bed in a triple room is a portable or sofa bed, which may be temporarily placed in a double room if available. Additionally, due to security issues in contracted hotels, there are limitations on the number of connecting rooms, and accommodation for four people in a standard room is not possible.
- The child’s age calculation is based on the tour return date.
- Check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out time is at 12:00.
- If there are changes in exchange rates, the difference will be charged to the passengers.
- Seat assignment on the airplane is the responsibility of the airline, and the travel agency has no role in seat selection or changes.
- All Turkish flights are from Istanbul, Emirates from Dubai, and Qatar from Doha as transit flights.
- Visa fees, document translation, exit taxes, lunch and dinner, admission to tourist attractions, and optional tours are the responsibility of the passengers.
- Providing a guarantee of return from the trip for each person in the form of a bank guarantee or a certified bank check is essential; if additional guarantees are needed after reviewing documents, this will be announced later.
- Passengers are required to be present at the fingerprinting center at the time specified by the agency.
- Partner agencies are obligated to sell all tours at the prices stated in the package.
- Passengers are responsible for checking their passports and ensuring they are not barred from leaving the country.
